These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Unlock Agency and its clients. By submitting an Architecture Review or engaging our services, you agree to these operational terms.
We provide frontend engineering, UI/UX architecture, and integration design. All timelines, technical scopes, and deliverables are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) following a successful briefing.
Upon full clearance of deployment invoices, the client is granted a perpetual, exclusive license to the deployed frontend architecture. Unlock Agency retains the rights to underlying proprietary frameworks and internal code libraries used during assembly.
While we engineer to the highest standard, Unlock Agency is an integration and design partner. We do not assume legal liability for your core regulatory compliance, financial decisioning algorithms, or third-party RegTech API failures.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
